12 Simple Ways to Lift Up Your Spirit

Felicity can be allusive, and managing our mood can be tricky sometimes. But often we can pull ourselves out of a slump just by doing a few simple things. So here are 12 simple ways to lift up your spirit:

1. Listen to some good music

2. Take a cold shower (Really- it works!)

3. Pet an animal and/or give someone a hug

4. Walk through a plant nursery

5. Smile

6. Take a few deep breathes

7. Eat some really fresh & healthy food

8. Do some form of exercise

9. Walk along the water’s edge

10. Write down a list of all the good things in your life

11. Choose to let go of anger and bitterness

12. Do something good for someone


-And make sure to get enough rest and drink plenty of water :)
